Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with DSG Skincare! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund or exchange. Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, or email confirmation). 

  • Items that are damaged, opened, or visibly used may not be accepted for a full refund. 

Exceptions:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Skincare products that show signs of being used beyond trying the immediate surface (for hygiene reasons)

 

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at support@dsgskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to our returns center within 10 business days of receiving the RMA.

Return shipments must be trackable. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery back to us.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

  • We will notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

  • Shipping charges (original and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  • Contact support with photos of the issue within 10 business days of delivery.

  • Once approved, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a product defect, error, or damage in transit, DSG Skincare will cover return shipping costs.

 

 Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged:

  • Email support@dsgskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We’ll review and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Note

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days after we initiate the refund. Keep proof of your return shipping until your refund is processed.
