Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling charges once the package reaches your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we partner with reputable carriers, DSG Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs holds, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. If your tracking shows delays, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with carrier support when possible.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@dsglow.store. We will attempt to update the address before the order ships.
